   2 cups all purpose flour

   2/3 cup light brown sugar

   .5 cup granulated sugar

   .5 cup oil, I used vegetable oil

   1/4 cup water or alt milk

   1 tsp vanilla extract

   1 tsp baking powder

   3/4 tsp baking soda

   Pinch salt

   Handful of chocolate chips

   Bake at 350F
