    This traditional dish is made with raw rice, de-seeded tomatoes, diced onions and seasoned with parsley, oregano, thyme and lemon. After stuffing the zucchini, place them upright in a big tall pan, cover with water and let it cook until the rice is done. Our host made a few with peppers too.
