I like my cheesecake LOADED
Week 5 of 52! Can you still find fat free cream cheese in your area?
200 grams of blueberries!
190grams. How did you shake that mold in the oven with your bare hand?
looks badass. Gonna make it, definitely. Thank you for the macros micros.
196g blueberries
I’m still stuck on the cannolis. Can’t get enough of them. Will try this recipe after. 😆 125g blueberries
143g blueberries
I had an idea for a cheesecake protein shake:
. 4 frozen strawberries
. 4-5 frozen tart cherries
. 1/2 cup oats
. 2 tbsp. Plain fat free Greek yogurt
. 2 tbsp. Low fat cottage cheese
. 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
. 1 cup Soy milk or unsweetened almond milk
. 4-5 walnuts
. 1 tsp. Vanilla
Looks like about 200g worth of blueberries.
I assume that if you're topping the cheesecake with fresh fruit you're adding it after baking, though sliced peaches with a little cinnamon could caramelize quite nicely in the oven
32grams of blue berries
Load me up baby 🍓🍓🍓 for the cheesecake 😲🫶

Does it work to use Guar Gum instead of Corn Starch? I was wondering about that since I already have it that I use in my Ninja CREAMi.

What are the macros for your part-skim ricotta?
Unfortunately with the options I have where I live, the macros don't look nearly as enticing…
148 grams
Is this really possible….Finally somebody won who wasn't Ben 😛

I love high protein dessert ideas 😅 but I used to make recipes just like this and still feel swollen and uncomfortable later. Even when the ingredients were “clean” and simple, my stomach felt tight and heavy. It was confusing because the macros looked perfect. I honestly thought I just needed a better recipe. I saw Eat like a woman protocol by Loren Green mentioned in a women’s group saying it’s not about protein desserts, but how foods combine and digest. That clicked. Once I followed it, cravings calmed naturally and I lost 29 lbs without needing hacks. Crazy how different that felt.
Can A Dessert Be Functional And Fix The Relationship Too??? 🙃 It looks balanced and smart, but many women still feel mentally preoccupied with macros even when it’s “high protein.” The pressure just shifts shape. I recently came across a great book, Balanced Woman Playbook by Mira Wells, while scrolling recipe debates like this, and it completely shifted how I see cravings and my body beyond ingredient math. Quiet but powerful.
Protein cheesecake sounded like a dream 🫠 but my body never felt settled afterward. A friend suggested Eat Like a Woman Protocol (by Loren Green) and said it helped her stop relying on “safe” desserts to stay in control. She was right. I’m now 32 lbs down, less bloated, and I don’t need special treats to manage hunger anymore. Feels like info people don’t emphasize enough.
Are We Engineering Treats Instead Of Rebuilding Trust??? 🙃 Seven ingredients sounds simple, yet the deeper cycle around food often remains untouched. That contrast stands out. I stumbled on a surprisingly impactful book, Balanced Woman Playbook by Mira Wells, and it changed how I relate to nourishment and myself at an identity level. Feels like people are missing something important.
Amazing video 👏
136g
150 grams
150g of blueberries
78g
That's 169g of blueberries.
Which I would cook down with a touch of agave, add a slurry of protein, let it cool and add to the top of my cheesecake.
