Chickpeas roasted at 425 F on a baking sheet with some hot sauce, olive oil, and salt until crispy. Normally I would also add some spinach, red onion, and kalamata olives to this, but pregnancy is doing a number on my taste buds. Crispy buffalo chickpeas are very reminiscent of buffalo chicken tenders/popcorn chicken.

    Okay these looks so good. Crispy buffalo chickpeas in a wrap is such a genius move. I love how versatile chickpeas are and that crunch must be amazing.
