The 49er at Deli Board in SF

corned beef, pastrami, brisket, white american cheese, cherry peppers, cole slaw, 1000 island, Board sauce, french roll

$27.07 with tax and a Dollar tip. (Yes I’m fully aware margins are slim at best in a city like SF)

Line moves pretty quickly, about 30 mins from getting on line to being delivered your sandwich.

100% worth it and will go back. They are doing something special over there. Freakin’ delicious!

Their pickle will also pity the fool to criticize it. Damn good.

Can any bay area folks tell me of they are using Raymond’s rolls from Ssf? Sure tastes like it.

  3. That is £20 in your finest English sterling. How the fuck are you paying that much for a sarnie?

Chiming in because no one is saying it. Deli Board is amazing and the portions are huge. They better be for the price, I know. I was floored by the prices the first time and then went and have never complained since. You really get what you pay for. The quality is top notch and the portions are absurd. It’s been a few years since I’ve had one, but damn do they slap

I’ll pay real money for a sandwich but DB is over rated. I prefer rheas.

That’s great. But I will never experience this. I’m just going to have to continue cooking my own meals.

Looks great but it should be illegal for the price of any normal sized sandwich to start with a 2

Yeah but have you ever had a filet-o-fish?

I followed this place on Instagram for years and finally made a trip up there from Texas last year. It was so great, but man I decided to walk down 6th street and that was so sketchy. Worth it though!

Brother just go to little Lucas in daily city (I think)…….

$65 for two sandwiches and French fries (my first time) last week

That’s a batshit price even with high margins, the most expensive Reuben in Seattle which is similarly insanely priced ends up around 30 with tax, and it’s twice this size :/ there are many other options for under 25 and yeah they also dwarf this. Glad it was tasty, but I feel like this is a product of “fuck it this city is filled with people making 400k a year they’ll buy it”

I will say the price is steep, but those sandwiches weigh about a pound and a half and are delicious. The owner is sexy as he’ll too, if he happens to see this, hey.
