I added the ingredients to the second image. Some of it was roughly estimated since I wasn't measuring at the time.
For a quarter of the pan you get 47 grams of protein and 66 grams of fiber for 649 calories.
Also someone had already taken a serving out of that pan, so there was more in there.

Remove half the pasta and fill that bad boy with veggies.
Wow, that sounds delicious and nutritious! 🤩 What ingredients did you use to pack in all that protein and fiber? I’d love to try making it!

What app is this ?
Could make it even lower cal/higher fiber with Carbe diem
I don’t know why people are hating on you. It’s it’s a decent meal.
Everyone’s shitting on you, but if this is an improvement from your previous meals, good on you.
Is this ideal? Not really. Over time, I would try to use less oil, alfredo, cheese, and cream cheese. Eventually, I’d aim to eliminate the oil and cheese.
A good tip is to slowly add in the veggies and non-traditional pasta. You’re going to quit if you’re used to eating full flavored Mac n cheese and suddenly switch to cardboard. So, why not go from 95% full flavored to 5% healthy. Then, the next time, 90/10. Over time, ideally you’re eating 10/90.
I think it looks really good, sorry people are being rude about it.
