Cut pork shoulder into 1 x 1 x 6 inch strips and pressure cook them with salt and pepper with an inch of water for 15 minutes with slow release. Cut into chunks and glaze. Smoke until you like the color. I used cherry from the yard. My glaze was equal parts ketchup and Thia sweet chili sauce with a blast of spicy mustard and honey.
