This is an unremarkable, acceptable sandwich. The salmon is fine, the brioche is fine. There’s nothing special about it, though.

The turkey was pretty good and not too dry. The sweet potatoes were very good, especially with the gravy. There is a perfect amount of salt and the mushrooms add a nice flavor, as well. This is a great option for walking around the World Showcase if you want something savory.

We love this presentation. We also love the macaron. The cookie is delicate and has just the right amount of gingerbread flavor. The spiced filling was also great.

This was not our favorite. It does not have the flavors we would necessarily want from a spiced wine. Overall, just a basic warm wine with minimal spice.

*NEW* Pierre Sparr Crémant d’Alsace Brut Rosé, Alsace, France ($20/bottle) – $6.95
From Pierre Sparr: “The Crémant Rosé brut shines in a bright salmon color, with fine sparkles bubbling in the glass. The first aromas remember lemon peel, strawberry jam and white pepper, together with crispy mineral notes. After a while, the wine opens up to an aromatic of apricots and strawberries. On the palate overall pleasant and harmonious balanced between strong body, extract and fresh fruit-acid, which is well supported by a tasty hint [of] soft tannins.”

Frozen Hot Chocolate Martini: Vodka, Cocoa, and Whipped Cream – $14.25
This martini looks stunning and is perfect for a festive and elegant Instagram post. However, the martini is just fine at best. It just tastes like frozen chocolate milk served in a fancy glass. We couldn’t taste any of the vodka in this drink. Even down in the bottom of the glass, it lacked any trace of alcohol.
