136 for about 20 hours. We were traveling so that's all the time we had before dinner.

Texture was insanely good, fat dripping, couldn't eat more than a few slices.

**This is a generic reminder message under every image post**

Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.

If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.

Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.

    Thank you!!

  2. That’s mouth watering. It’s been way too long since I’ve eaten any animal sourced protein. I mean like over 2 hours ago. (But less than 3)

Where is your costco located? I have only see frozen wagyu ribeye in my Costco once a while. NYC metro

  4. “couldn’t eat more than a few slices” doesn’t seem like a flex lol. Looks great though

Made that last weekend for superbowl party. Smoked for 6 hours, sous vide for 18 hours. Was fantastic.
