
It worked for me when ny MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) was really intense in 2015-2020:
Fresh food only (no leftovers)
Simple (minimal ingredient stacking)
Stabilizing (blood sugar balanced)
Gut-supportive (fiber diversity gradually increased)
Antioxidants rich (herbs are my fave source)
Nervous-system aware (stress chemistry matters)
Circadian rhythm based (very important)
Initially, when hit by MCAS, I took a wrong blanket elimination which led to Fear, Malnutrition and Microbiome damage. Wrong choice I paid for.
