Lemme first say I’d eat the fuck outta this. Looks amazing.
However, I also have no idea what this sandwich has to do with New York. It’s got pastrami yeah, but none of the toppings would go on any traditional sandwich from New York. Like at the very least put Swiss cheese on it haha.
I’m not trying to scold you or gatekeep on what sandwiches are from New York and what they should be called. I’m just throwing stuff out there to start a reasoned conversation.
