Had a great Valentine’s Day with my wife.

My new 26 inch Weber kettle came in today. My wife has been asking to smoke her first rack of ribs for weeks and we were finally able to make it happen this weekend. She challenged me to a friendly competition. I broke in the new grill and my wife smoked her ribs on my old 22 inch kettle. First three photos are my wife’s ribs, the last two are mine. We both agreed her ribs were better. They had a better flavor and were much more tender. I could not be a more proud husband!
