    – crispy skinned pork belly on a bed of mashed garlic beans with a side of cabbage, with a caramelized vinegar sauce

    veg course
    – artichoke with red wine vinegar mayo sauce

    dessert
    – poached pear with whipped cream and hibiscus vanilla sauce
