Valentine’s prime filet

Sam's Club had $7 off 4 prime filet mignons, so I did a reverse sear and finished with a butter-baste with some fresh garlic and rosemary.

I'm happy with how meat came out. The broccoli, rice and cheese casserole was a little too liquidy.
