
I just picked up my first kettle last night, I got the 22” master touch after debating back and forth between the 26” I decided that majority of the time I cook for my wife and I only and there are a few off chances I’ve cooked for up to 6. I sold my Traeger for it and I’m super stoked, I know I won’t be doing huge packers on it but that’s what the PBX is for. Anyone have any cook recommendations to break it in?
