How does this look to you guys? I already enjoyed eating healthy prior, but never really following any kind of rule based eating. Here we have two full eggs and one egg white cooked in avocado oil, one mini cucumber, arugula with balsamic glaze and feta, multigrain sourdough with a tinyyy bit of butter, and a serving of salt and pepper pistachios. Been having variations of this plate every morning for breakfast. (‘Scuse the paper plate, ran a full dishwasher load right before this lol)

    I’d say thats a great start! I’d drizzle some olive oil over those eggs and maybe add some pumpkin seeds

    Also; just to add a quick question, how do we feel about coconut water? I know coconut in general is saturated fats but just coconut water a no-go also?
