
So far so good! First time hanging any meat to cook. Using the Weber charcoal heat controller with briquettes and few chunks of oak, so really it’s turned my kettle into a limousine vortex with the drum attachment. I think I’ll try 2×3 snake method under the diffuser plate next time for better heat control. This ran hot hot
