Happy to join true espresso, I’m already stunned by taste after switching from DeLonghi Eletta to this setup

Hello there!

I was about to buy gaggia classic already year ago, and I'm so happy that I have delayed this decision until last week, After reading how much changed with this machine in last year with E24 version released, I'm so super happy this decision ended up this year.

I was already patiently waiting over a month for this yellow sunshine to be produced and delivered as stock dried up. I was so excited when machine arrived, I was 2h late in job as I was testing it out. Went to job with shaking hands after 3 espresso shots 😀

I love that design, that color, everything about this setup is just perfect for me. And as I can afford as expensive machines as La Marzocco, I just couldn't justify buying this machine over this amazing setup. It's like buying old car over super car, just because it has more soul and just feels right.

I love fiddling around and already designed and printed few accessories and minor mods, I'm planning to buy gaggimate later this year and have a good time doing some adult lego with this machine 🙂

So far I'm so amazed with coffee coming out of this setup, I can't name a single coffee that I had in my life than what I can taste now. Yes, there were fancy ones with some crazy tastes, but maybe it's just very biased now, and emotional, as it will be really hard now to enjoy something else than true specialty coffee places over this what I can prepare myself.

Also as mentioned is earlier post, I'm planning to create my own parts and do some stuff modifying it, that I would be glad that maybe some day some other people will be able to enjoy my projects 🙂
