Drank from a half bottle as we got Valentine's Day dinner ready.

This is good to go, needs a tiny bit of air but no decanting.

Surprised how savory this is. Some may almost describe it as meaty.

Settled in a solid place, plum skins, cherry pit, dried berries.

Some slight dried herbs and spices as well.

Drinks quite well alone.

    How long do you need to let these age? This is one of our favorite wines, but have only had it early. We had the good fortune to visit the vineyard a few years ago and so we have a couple of bottles aging that are ‘19s.
