  2. 3 lb flap steak, trimmed
    Spring onions
    Corn tortillas, fresh or steamed
    Salsas as desired (chile arbol, avocado)
    Pico (minced white onion + cilantro)
    Lime wedges

    Marinade
    1 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup lime juice
    1/4 cup worcestershire
    1/2 bottle dark beer
    1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 scalliions, sliced
    1 Tbs cilantro

    Marinate steak 2-3 hours
    Pat steaks dry, sprinkle w/salt, pepper
    Grill onions
    Rest meat 10 minutes, slice thin and chop
    Assemble tacos, serving grilled onions on the side
