That’s a lot of calories for a small amount of red sauce.

I can see the appeal if you weight train and are trying to hit your protein intake.

very interesting and maybe useful if you have trouble meeting your protein goals and don’t eat meat although this is using animal products so then again maybe not. the calorie to protein ratio isn’t bad but a lean meat sauce is probably better for satiety anyway, and more iron. you could add a little bone broth to whatever pasta sauce you use now for extra protein and the collagen. i love kettle and fire.

Ingredients list from their site if anyone else was curious like i was why the calories are so high:
Diced tomatoes in juice (diced tomatoes, tomato juice, salt), Proprietary protein blend (hydrolyzed bovine collagen, whey protein, hydrolyzed bovine bone broth isolate, L-tryptophan), Tomato Paste, Water, Garlic, Onion, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Carrots, Citric Acid, Sea Salt, Basil, Black Pepper, Oregano, Natural Flavor.
Brennisth
Honestly, if it weren’t overpriced (assuming it tastes okay) that plus carbe diem would be a really good OMAD for busy people who don’t have good kitchens and are just trying to make minimums without thinking or giving into the lure of McDonald’s.
Basic-Comfortable458
Over priced crap Edit: also to add, in this economy?!!
