A grand banquet was organized by French N’shei Chabad in Crown Heights in honor of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka, bringing together women from the local French community and from around the world for an evening of inspiration, connection, and celebration.

Held at the Simcha Hall, the event drew nearly 300 women, a remarkable turnout that reflected the growing strength and reach of French-speaking Jewish women across continents. Participants traveled from Martinique, Guadeloupe, Marseille, Lyon, Israel, Belgium, Italy, and beyond, creating a truly international francophone gathering united by a shared purpose.

The evening was elevated by delicious cuisine prepared by the Rebbe’s kitchen, under the supervision of Moshe Rubashkin, setting the tone for an experience that nourished both body and soul. The hall quickly filled with heartfelt singing, spirited dancing, and a warm, uplifting atmosphere that could be felt by every woman present.

A central highlight of the program was the sharing of meaningful stories about the Rebbetzin by Rabbi Holtzman. Through these personal insights, the Rebbetzin’s strength, humility, and quiet leadership came vividly to life, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

Inspired by the evening, many women took upon themselves hachlatos, personal commitments to spiritual growth and positive action. Adding to the emotion of the night, a raffle was held for a coin and a Rebbe’s dollar, powerful symbols of blessing and connection.

The impact of the event continues beyond the banquet itself. Another Rebbe’s dollar will be raffled on Chof Hei Adar, the Rebbetzin’s birthday. Those who wish to support the work of French N’shei Chabad and participate in the raffle are invited to join through the designated registration link.

This remarkable evening also highlighted how the activities of French N’shei Chabad have expanded and strengthened over the years. The organization is dedicated to supporting the French-speaking community in Crown Heights, as well as French visitors from around the world who come to connect at the Rebbe’s Ohel.

French N’shei Chabad’s ongoing initiatives include a weekly shiur for women, farbrengens on special occasions, Shifra u’Puah support for women after childbirth, and shiurim and programming for French-speaking guests visiting the Rebbe.

The banquet was more than an event—it was a powerful expression of unity, growth, and devotion. Nearly 300 women came together to honor the legacy of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka, demonstrating that when women unite with purpose, the impact reaches far beyond the walls of the hall and continues to grow year after year.
