Lamb Loin Chops are phenomenal Rib chops even better except for the price. Wife is Lebanese so eating Lamb is a requirement and absolutely love it. From Chops to Leg or Shoulder slow roasted Shanks are one of my absolute favorites. Last night for Valentine’s Day we had Kibbeh Nayyeh which is Lamb Tartare. Lamb is Life !

My absolute favorite cut of lamb is the round bone shoulder lamb chop. Terrific on the grill or the pan. Little round bone full of marrow. So good.
