Today Iβm showing you how to make a quick and flavorful seafood paella using frozen seafood mix, saffron water, and jumbo shrimp for that extra wow. This is a one-pot meal packed with Caribbean flavor, Spanish influence, and straight vibes β perfect for a weeknight dinner or weekend flex.

π§ Ingredients:
1 cup frozen seafood mix (defrosted)
ΒΌ onion, diced
ΒΌ red bell pepper, diced
1 tsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Β½ cup tomato sauce
1 cup paella rice
1 cup steeped saffron water
Β½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1 tsp seafood stock powder
Jumbo shrimp (for topping)
π½οΈ Directions:
SautΓ© the base: In a pot, cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft. Add cilantro and tomato sauce.
Build flavor: Stir in rice, saffron water, turmeric, all-purpose seasoning, and seafood stock powder.
Add seafood: Add seafood mix and arrange jumbo shrimp on top.
Cover & simmer: Cover tightly and cook on low for 20β25 minutes until rice is tender.
Garnish & enjoy: Remove lid, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot!
