2 eggs.

2 cups (200 g) almond flour.
I’ll be adding this in increments.
2 tsp (10 g) baking powder.
Grease with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a loaf pan.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 45-55 minutes at 350Β°F (180Β°C), until golden brown.

  5. I love baking bread….i no longer eat store-bought…too many additives and preservatives. The bread looks wet and dense inside. The structure is nothing like traditional bread. I very much like the idea of this bread recipe being high protein, no wheat/gluten, I think the ingredient measurements need to be adjusted a bit. Either less yogurt or more almond flour. I would probably go with a tiny bit more almond flour just to lose the wetness of the finished loaf, maybe a couple tablespoons extra. A few commenters wondered what size loaf pan. I’m pretty certain it’s a 4 x 8 inch pan.
