this was my first whole-week meal prep! done last month.

•baked cajun salmon + steamed mangetout peas and green beans + butter and herb potatoes and butter beans

•thai red chicken curry and rice w carrot, broccoli and bean sprouts

•pasta and bolognese w kale + added greens

it was EXHAUSTINGGG and took 5 hrs overall (not including some washing up!) but lessons were learned – the next time i did it i chopped everything the day before which helped.

    Please post your recipes / lists of ingredients!

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
