    Those look like whole ass filets to me, we sell medallions as 3-4oz, filets 6/8/10/12

  4. Never heard anyone call a beef tenderloin steak a medallion before, just pork medallions

    Spend 20 bucks and get a regular cast iron pan and save your headache of cleaning that grill pan. Good cook tho.
