I have freed myself from the thought that the shape of the pizza matters.
I don't want to overstretch the pizza so that the middle is super thin and outer bits are thick.

Inconsistent shape also allows me to get the perfect portion because all the slices are different sizes. Wins all around.

    OP, pizza looks very consumable imo, but I can’t help wonder, what is stopping you from spreading the dough into the shape you want? There are techniques to spread even the stickiest of doughs into a round or rectangular shape with very minimal effort. Also how are you baking the pizza? Looks like lower heat and longer duration to me

    Id say you gotta work on the shape, practice makes Perfect. Read some guides on how to make it even thickness. We eat with our eyes too, you know.
