10 years for mine… Did have to replace the lid when I did something stupid, but otherwise still going strong!!

i snagged ours for $500 with custom table and all the accessories. cant put an age on it but probably 15 years old. best purchase i’ve made in recent years. new minimax to come soon and a replacement large in the future. she old and ugly and the green has chunked off in several spots.

Get yourself a new band and hinge, reggulator and it’s like new! It’s amazing how long these units lasts

I bought my medium somewhere between 2002 and 2005. I can’t remember the exact date. I really need to get a new band for it. Other than that it’s bleeding awesome.

Large and in charge. My parents got me one just about 16-17 years ago and I had no idea what they were. My then girlfriend, and now wife of 11 years had helped them pick something out and its probably the only personal possession from that time period that I still own and use on a regular basis. Literally. Im wracking my brain to think of anything that I havent replaced or obsoleted in that time. My woman and my grill. Time tested.

Give that veteran some help, dude. You can make or order a new handle and whatever extras you get, like shelves, will make everything more enjoyable.
