Trying to pipe cherry blossom flowers for the first time. The icing is so stiff I can barely squeeze it out; my hands are shaking from the pressure. Somehow it still looks too runny though? And the edges aren't piping smoothly? Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

    Maybe a smaller amount of icing in the bag would help?

    Are you using a tip? I’ve found I have to cut a large hole in my piping bag so that the icing can go straight into the tip. If you icing bag hole is smaller then the tip, it could be the pressure issue. Honestly though your icing looks far too thing, thus why it’s melting back together 🤷
