    How long can these stay in the fridge? Do you freeze them or just refrigerate them? And if you freeze them, what’s your thawing process? Do these taste good after thawing?

    Sorry, bunch of questions in mind. They look awesome, and I’d love to look into this meal-prep as well. I’m struggling to get time to cook properly with too many dad-duties ( both to my son and my aged father)
