  1. funny that u say that azure are wonderful…my experience is the opposite, rude, forcing customer to buy something that no longer need, very poor customer service when u are trying to return something that is bad, tend to blame the customer instead of taking responsibility for selling a bad product, manipulate truth to cover up their mistakes…and yeah, convenient, price are fair but they are NOT all that good!!! and my experience is not a fluke or unique…there are a lot of people complaining for the same issues as I…

  2. you can also use your pressure canner as a steam canner!!! add an extra quart or tow of water, depending on canning time. once it starts to vent, start your timer WITHOUT adding the weight. no need to buy another gadget to do what you already have access to!!!!

  3. Very nice variety, but I would have also done some lemon curd 🀀 Nothing gives you a more beautiful burst of sunshine β˜€οΈ than lemon curd on toast with a hot cup of tea in the dead of winter! Or a spur of the moment dessert.. πŸ‹πŸžβ˜•οΈβ˜ΊοΈ

  4. OH my gosh, I wish I'd seen this sooner. I'd send you lemons! They're gone now but I picked over 2700 from my tree, shipped boxes, juiced gallons, made lemon syrup, honey lemons, lemon bread, lemon powder, lemon curd, etc πŸ™‚ Here in Arizona lemons are so abundant so thank you for this video! I learned more πŸ™‚

  5. The best way to preserve lemons is to turn them into preserved Morrocan lemons, not only they are super tasty and last for years without a fridge but also super healthy as full of natural probiotics, unlike turnning them into sugary unhealthy stuff

  6. I love this so much. My mom and aunt used to can and make jellies and preserves from our backyard peach and pear trees. We also used to have a grape vine. Great memories. And thanks for this. I love love love lemon

  7. I freeze my fresh lemon juice. It freezes beautifully, tastes just like fresh. I buy lemons in bulk when on sale, juice them up and put the juice into small containers and pop them in the freezer. The juice lasts for many weeks in the fridge once thawed.

  8. Have you ever tried making lemon curd? I've been wanting to give that a try. I didn't know this was the time of year for lemons, I'll have to try and remember that for next year, hopefully my new kitchen will be ready by then.

  9. WE have a HUGE lemon tree in the garden. Here's recipe for a lovely aerosol cleaning liquid. Be careful using it in an enclosed area because the smell of the spirit vinegar gets up your nose. 250mls white spirit vinegar. 300mls warm water. 60mls good quality dishwashing liquid and 125mls WELL-STRAINED lemon juice. Mix all together GENTLY so the dishwashing liquid doesn't froth all over the place.Put it in a spray bottle. Lovely stuff.

  10. Nice job!
I love blue spruce. Have you ever put blue lights in your blue spruce at Christmas time? It's so beautiful. My favorite! πŸ’™
