Hi all! Trying to stick to a calorie deficit but also find myself needing to be social and going out from time to time. Sorry for the low picture quality, but the location in question is Torisoba Sumiya (a chicken-based ramen place). And I was hoping to eat the lesser calorie options (if any).

Particularly curious how much #2 might be – "Pure Rich Chicken Ramen". It has homemade noodles, homemade slow cooked chicken broth, egg, seaweed, green onion, menma, scallion, and homemade seasoned grilled chicken chashu.

Regarding size- I know this restaurant actually defaults to smaller portions than other ramen places (and lets you upgrade a larger size at no cost) to discourage food waste. However I couldn't find a good picture to show the scale 🙁

Thank you for your help!

If you compare to images of Jinya chicken ramen, is it similar? Jinya is a chain with published calories, and the chicken ramen is 820.
