These look excellent!
Question for you, if I may?
My past experience with crepe making for a bunch of people was kind of a bust. Not that they didn’t taste good, they did – but only really when they were fresh, warm and right from the pan.
It might be down to the recipe I used? Idk, but did these taste as good as they look? Did you do something to keep them warm before serving?

Are you adding sugar to the batter or leaving them open for savory options?

I will add my recipe here:
Ingredients:
* 3 eggs * 1 cup flour * 1 cup milk * 1 cup boiling water * ½ teaspoon salt * 3 tablespoons sugar * 3 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
* Lightly whisk the eggs with the salt and sugar. Sift in half of the flour and mix with a whisk. Then add the milk and the remaining half of the flour, mixing well so there are no lumps. Pour in the boiling water and mix. Add the oil. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes so everything comes together.
It’s important to heat the pan well before you start frying the crepes.
