Deli meat (chicken) – 120C
Cucumbers and tomatoes (never count these
1oz onion cheddar cheese – 100C
Hummus – 70 C

I also seasoned the veggies a bit, salt pepper and onion powder.

22g of protein total, but I also had a protein shake (150 C , 30g protein)
