Think I’m going to stick with oven moving forward. Dry brined for 18ish hours. Turned out great

I love oven wings. Not a thing wrong with them. Well done!

I don’t have an air fryer so I use convection setting in my oven. Works pretty well.
For me, nothing comes close to deep fried hard though. With a dry rub.

Looks delicious.

Dressed in a little too much sauce for my liking, but they still look tasty…..proper dry brine and a 450° oven can’t be beat IMO.

Do you marinate in hot sauce? Sorry I’ve never actually made hot wings. These look good.

One amazing technique is to bake them half way in the oven. Now let them cool on a sheet pan in the refrigerator. Fry them in a cast iron skillet at 350 till crispy which is about 10 to 15 minutes.
