Chicago has an outstanding legacy of women leaders: There’s Diana Dávila of Mi Tocaya Antojería, a favorite for regional Mexican specialties and dishes inspired by her travels in Mexico, Sarah Grueneberg and Bailey Sullivan of Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio, who prepare some of the city’s best Italian dishes, and Genie Kwon, who has made major waves as an owner of the Filipino icon Kasama.
Check out the full list below to get a taste of the talent of Chicago’s women of food.
