  6. I’m going to make this with canned chickpeas (I have these on hand) and not boil them because can chickpeas are ready to eat. I’m pretty sure that boiling them would turn them to mush.

  7. Pairs well with some freshly slaughtered spring lamb, or pan seared steelhead and last some nice oily grilled fresh mackerel or octopus.
