


Basically as the title says, what would be the best option at this restaurant? I’m going here with friends tomorrow for dinner after work and will have around 1000 cals left for the day. I meal prepped my breakfast and lunch and that was around 503 cals with 61g of protein, 5g of fat, 55g carbs, and 38g of fiber. This is a bit lower than normal (I usually have 700 cals left after work bc I like heavier meals for dinner) but I’m planning ahead for dinner. I absolutely love ramen and usually get the shoyu ramen but I’m trying to maintain 1500 cals to stay at my weight of 127lbs (I’m a 5’1 Female).

depending on size you should just order the shoyu it’s probably around 900-1100 anyway depending on portion (: … if it’s huge you can take it home for the next day! plus you’ll get what you actually wanted and enjoy good company 😊
