I found this recipe on Pinterest & it didn’t disappoint!

I used 2 deboned split chicken breast cut on the bias.

In a 9×13 baking dish I added; Chicken seasoned with Italian seasoning, grape tomatoes small container, 1 large garlic bulb separated into cloves. 425* for 30 mins & then bump up to boil for 5 mins.

Serve over couscous.
