Pepperoni, mushrooms, onions on sour dough. Since the egg cooks pizza so well, it turned out great!

    I know someone who spent a lot of money having a custom made outdoor pizza oven installed. Apparently they’d never heard of a green egg.

    I had a very hard time getting pizza “right” on my egg and gave up… finally buying a Gozney Arc XL instead.

    That looks super good! Nice job on getting the top hot enough. A lot of times I’ll throw it in the oven on Broil to get it to brown up a bit. You nailed it!
