• Math: 454 g ÷ 100 g = 4.54 servings
• Calories: 130 × 4.54 = ~590 kcal
• Seasoned with taco seasoning + Taco Bell mild sauce (calories negligible)

Sweet potatoes
• 2 large sweet potatoes
• ~180 kcal each
• Calories: 180 × 2 = ~360 kcal
• Seasoned with Kinder’s All Purpose seasoning

Wholly Guacamole
• 57 g
• Label: 60 kcal per 30 g
• Math: 57 ÷ 30 = 1.9 servings
• Calories: 60 × 1.9 = ~114 kcal

Balkan yogurt (used as sauce)
• ¼ cup (~58 g)
• Label: 140 kcal per ¾ cup
• Math: 140 ÷ 3 = ~47 kcal

Total calories (entire dish)
• Turkey: ~590 kcal
• Sweet potatoes: ~360 kcal
• Guacamole: ~114 kcal
• Yogurt: ~47 kcal

Total: ~1,110 calories

• ~555 calories per serving

This makes a genuinely huge amount of food. Lots of volume from the sweet potatoes, high protein from the turkey, and the yogurt + guac combo makes it creamy and satisfying without blowing calories.

Great option if you like big bowls, strong flavors, and zero hidden oil calories.
