Cast iron pizza is one of those things that once you figure it out you never go back to a regular baking sheet. The way the crust gets that crispy bottom while staying soft on top is unbeatable. What kind of cheese did you use? The browning on it looks incredible.

Looks great. I recently invested in some Cast Iron casserole pans, they work great for pizza. “Detroit Style” I guess you would call it. Makes for some damn good focaccia bread too.
