Lots of different opinions here on good ramen in Singapore but I think it is safe to say this is the cheapest option in this otherwise pricy town. The Abura dry ramen comes with a generous dash of seasoned minced pork and a half ajitama, for just S$3.90 (US$3 or under 500 yen). The bouncy noodles were deliciously coated with the signature sauce you can wash down with the tonkotsu soup served on the side. Look for Uma Haus on the 2nd floor of the Chinatown Complex hawker center which also has tons of other local foodie favourites and craft beer at night.

I mean Abura isn’t really dry is it? It’s oil.

If you didn’t tell me what that is, I would think that this is dry Bak Chor Mee.
