Finely chop 1 onion and sauté until soft.
Add 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon dried mint, and 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
Add 50 g of butter and let the flavors bloom 🤤
Then stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.

Add 100 g red lentils, 30 g bulgur, and 30 g rice.
Pour in 2 liters of chicken broth (preferably homemade).

Cook for 20–30 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
