Homemade strawberry jam is one of those little kitchen wins that feels way more impressive than it actually is. Just fresh strawberries, sugar, and lemon — no pectin, no complicated steps. It tastes brighter, fresher, and actually like real strawberries (because it is). Spread it on toast, swirl it into yogurt, layer it into cakes… or honestly just eat it with a spoon. I won’t judge. Once you make jam from scratch, the store-bought jars just don’t hit the same. #HomemadeJam #StrawberryJam

Comments are like : "Did she just put strawberries in that strawberry jam? What was she thinking?" 🙄
This is an amazing quick recipie and also perfect for when fruit is on sale – gotta try this with your english miffin recipie 🤌🏾🤌🏾
Pairing knife.
What’s the square unit you’re using to ‘wash’ the berries? Sure looks wonderful!
How the hell else are you expecting people to make jam ?
Oh I didn't realize I could do this without a canner! OMG! Thank you!!!!!!🎉
No hate, just fyi. Look into the science of your fruit "washer". Bc it costs $$, and works about as well as running them under the tap for 30 secs…
Liking primarily because of the "no need to comment it's too much sugar, use less" jab. Girl, yes!!!
FYI do not pour into a container while it is hot. I REPEAT do not pour into a container while hot.
I like to dehydrate the strawberry stems and place them in an airtight jar for tea. The stems have lots of nutrients, I sometimes just eat them with the strawberry.
I like to add chia seeds to my jam.
