Avocado toast with spinach on whole wheat bread with everything bagel seasoning, low fat greek yogurt with pomegranate (this is the best yogurt topping imo), an orange and a coffee substitute with sugar free plant based creamer. Sometimes I have a handful of dark chocolate covered almonds, too. Also added a mango today!

    That’s a lot of fruit. I don’t hate…. but it would be more balanced if you increased the protein a bit. That tub of yogurt looks like one of the little flavoured tubs? If so, consider buying a large tub of plain Greek yogurt (this is more cost-effective as well) and having a larger portion.

    What a wonderful diversity of colorful plants. I personally emphasize vegetables over fruits, but you seem to have a balance this is working for you.

    I would be cautious eating any raw veg plain. It leads to more flatulence and the nutrients in it tend to be less bio available. Spinach has oxalic acid when uncooked and prevents your body absorbing vitamin K for example
