The presentation is fantastic. Everything looks cooked to perfection. Tartar looks made from scratch and amazing.
Personally, I would have sliced the cod a few times (top down, not a side cut) and fried those pieces and made 2 sandwiches out of that. In it’s current form, it looks really hard to eat (assuming that is a normal sized bun).
