Trying to get back to a normal schedule as my poor hubby had to have emergency surgery the other day. So simple prep .
Pot roast – chuck roast, carrots,onions, parsnips, and potatoes. Used a McCormick seasoning pack and followed the directions.
Turkey and Swiss cheese roll ups
Strawberries and black berries with cottage cheese.
Cucumbers and peppers with ranch seasoning and Greek yogurt.

    Question – do the sliced veggies in a baggie stay fresh for several days? I have an issue with vegetables getting soggy/slimy and it sets off my weird problem concerning texture.
