If you start questioning the label you go down a dark rabbit hole

Not at all, that’s a small portion.

The croutons are most likely doing the heavy lifting of the total calories.

Trust the label blindly. Just trust me, you don’t wanna start with those thoughts

14 pcs or around 30g croutons (100) and salad base (25-30) and 28g cheese (90-110) and chicken (60-90) so I’d believe it … usually the calorific component is the dressing so 290 kcal is believable

croutons aren’t that high in calories (assuming not soaked in oil or something) since it’s basically bread and a slice of bread is 80-100 kcal

Trust the label unless you’re eating this every single day

Lettuce is basically crunchy water but voluminous

It’s a small salad. Trust me you will be fine, follow the label.

Portion looks tiny. 290. I agree what people said of the dark hole of not trusting standardized package calories. Be kind to yourself.

Looks correct. Iceberg lettuce is barely any calories and there’s not a lot of cheese.

I agree with all the “trust the label” comments, but also this definitely looks like 290 to me.

Looks similar to the salads we sell at my job, which with croutons come to around this amt. I’d trust it
